Whether you’re a seasoned walker or just looking to enjoy some fresh air, this is the perfect opportunity to prioritise your wellness while having fun with some other like-minded ladies.

* Time: 11am - 2pm
* Location: Torquay/Jan Juc Beach
* Duration: 3 hours (1.5 hours walking - we’ll be stopping for lunch/coffee along the way)
* Cost: $40 (does not include coffees or lunch)

* A guided refreshing beach trail walk along the stunning Torquay and Jan Juc coastline in Victoria
* Opportunities to practice mindfulness, gratitude, releasing, creativity and laughter along the way
* Enjoy time in nature which can help you feel calmer and can nourish both your mind and body
* Spend time catching up with old friends or making new connections with like-minded ladies
