Welcome to 3488 Merricks - a beautifully furnished and luxuriously styled 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula. The property and large garden with spa is just a few minutes walk from the renowned Merricks General Store, 5 minutes drive from Balnarring shops and beaches, close to local wineries and walks and only a 25 minute drive from the Peninsula Hot Springs. Our property is perfect for a family getaway, girls' weekend, small retreat, wedding accommodation or a small group gathering.

THE HOUSE

3488 Merricks has been recently upgraded, furnished and meticulously styled to ensure that our guests enjoy a relaxing and luxurious stay.

Each of the 4 bedrooms has it's own unique character, featuring brand new beds and manchester. Bedroom 2 features a smart TV. The 3 bathrooms are stocked with complimentary organic bathroom products and high quality linen and towels are provided.

Bedroom 1: Sleeps 2 (either king size bed or 2 x long single beds) with walk in robe and ensuite with shower
Bedroom 2: Sleeps 2 (either king size bed or 2 x long single beds) with walk in robe and ensuite with shower
Bedroom 3: Sleeps 3 (1 king single, 1 long single and 1 trundle under king single)
Bedroom 4: Sleeps 3 (1 king single, 1 long single and 1 trundle under king single)
Bedrooms 3 & 4 share a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.

The lounge room features an extremely comfy couch styled with beautiful cushions and blankets to keep you warm in the cooler months. Relax in front of the large 69 inch smart TV and gas fireplace. Meals can be served at the large wooden dining table which seats 10 guests.

Board games, toys, books and magazines are provided to entertain you during your stay. WiFI is available and USB wall plugs are installed in all the bedrooms.

The stylish and modern kitchen is well appointed and features brand new crockery, glasses, tableware, pots and pans and dishware. We offer a complimentary coffee machine, coffee pods and a range of teas.

The laundry features a brand new washer and dryer and large laundry trough.

The undercover al fresco area is perfect to take in the garden views and you can choose to warm yourself by the fire pit. A BBQ is available for your use. The large picturesque and quiet garden features a spa and is perfect for children to play in, or for guests to sit and relax and enjoy the beautiful natural surrounds.

There is ample parking onsite and keyless entry so you don't have to worry about carrying keys during your stay.

SAFETY & HYGIENE

Our priority is to make you feel relaxed, safe and secure during your stay at 3488 Merricks.

We use a local cleaning service whose cleaners are trained to industry standards.
Our cleaners will be adhering to the highest levels of cleaning and hygiene and will be implementing the recommended Department of Health COVID-19 cleaning and disinfection procedures for the property.
They also provide a quality commercial range of linen and towels which are fresh and clean for each booking.
We will not have back to back bookings at the property.
We will provide hand santiser and antiseptic wipes at the house for you to use during your stay.

THE AREA

Merricks is in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula, Victoria only 1 hour away from Melbourne. It features the well known Merricks General Store and nearby Merricks Creek winery. A 6.3km mostly tree-lined horse/bike riding trail commences in Merricks and finishes in Red Hill. There are beautiful beaches nearby including Merricks Beach, Balnarring Beach and Point Leo National Park & Beach. Merricks is a 10-15 minutes drive from Red Hill and Arthur's Seat, where you can visit the magical Enchanted Maze. There are many wineries and restaurants in the local area and the Peninsula Hot Springs are only a 25 minute drive from the property.
